✨ Just for fun · n8n

The data oracle.

Other oracles read tea leaves. This one reads seismographs, the solar wind and the orbit of the ISS. Pick a topic, and an n8n workflow deals you three cards from real measurements taken just now.

What do you want to know about?

How it works

  1. WebhookYour click starts an n8n workflow on my server, with your topic attached.
  2. Three requests at oncen8n asks, in parallel, the US Geological Survey for the earthquakes of the last 24 hours, NOAA for the Kp index of solar storms and wheretheiss.at for the ISS.
  3. Place below the ISSOpenStreetMap tells us which country the ISS is flying over. No match? Then it is an ocean.
  4. MoonThe moon phase needs no API: a Code node works it out from a known new moon and the synodic month.
  5. ReadingA Merge node collects all the omens. An AI model hosted at IONOS in Germany interprets them for your topic.
  6. CardsThe server draws the cards as a preview image, stores the reading with a number and a link, and it shows up here.

To be honest: the data is real, the future is not. The oracle is a bit of fun and replaces neither your doctor nor your financial adviser nor common sense.

So the oracle does not lose its voice: one reading every 15 seconds for everyone together, and at most five per hour for you.
