What you can do

- Test the mobile network on your phone: if it works there, the fixed line is more likely at fault.
- Look in the provider's official app for outage reports and maintenance in your area.
- If your provider contacts you by text or e-mail about an outage, do not open links in it.
How we measure
Every 5 minutes our server in Germany requests the public start page of Telekom. A service counts as “not reachable” only when two checks in a row fail. The measurement only shows whether the start page answers: single features, regions or the app can still be affected. This page is independent and has no connection to Telekom.
